This interactive DVD-ROM presents Anna Halprin’s unique approach to dance by documenting an entire workshop she conducted in Paris in 2010, as well as including previously unpublished interviews and excerpts from archival material. Anna shares her understanding of the Life/Art Process, through which dance can deepen the experience of life and vice versa. She reveals techniques for awakening the creativity in all of us, collaborating, and discovering our connections to our environment.
